Save the date!  IGNITE! group and individual dance photos are scheduled for Saturday, March 20, 2010. 
 
Photos will be taken in the morning, so there will be no conflicts with the Heartland Band Smorgasbord activities later that evening.  Further information including order forms and schedules will be distributed in March.  Photos will be taken by Tara Swartzendruber of Cat's Cradle Photography at her home studio in rural Henderson.

A five-week aerobics class will be offered from March 16 to April 15, 2010.  Classes will be held at the studio twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30 am to 6:30 am.  Instruction will be led by Kristen Friesen, FiTour Certified Group Exercise Instructor and CPR certified.

The cost for the 10 sessions is $50.  Classes will include cardio dance, kickboxing, and interval training, plus strength and flexibility moves.  All fitness levels are welcome and moves will be easy to follow.  Com...
